Today on Nephology, join us as we speak to Talal CEO of CoinMENA about his journey into building the business and how he got there. Talal Tabbaa is the CEO and Co-Founder of CoinMENA, a cryptocurrency exchange platform licensed by Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority and the Central Bank of Bahrain. CoinMENA enables retail and institutional investors to buy, sell, send, receive, and store digital assets safely and securely. Talal also serves on the advisory board of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and the Board of Middle East Payment Services (MEPS) in Amman, Jordan. Previously, he co-founded Jibrel Network, a blockchain development company based in Zug, Switzerland. Before entering the crypto industry, Talal worked in financial and supply chain consulting services at PwC, and managed a private investment fund in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Economics from Purdue University, IN, USA.
