During one of his usual neighborhood broadcasts, Mike comes across Ralphie Geronimo. Ralphie is the owner of Maybe it's a Dollar - a business that sells several different products and offers their customers complementary deviled eggs. The two of them are then joined by Mable and Brad who are in the middle of training for a Halo competition.
