
Because of the threat brought about by this pandemic, Carlo Mendoza decided that it would be better to volunteer to be on floating employment than to risk his safety and that of his family. And since he needed to replace his lost salary, he was "forced" to launch his food business that features a familiar Pinoy favorite dish, Lechon Kawali, but with a novel twist.
