We introduce Mr. Phillip Telesford, our Caretaker for the Constituency of St. George South East. He comments on the untenable situation with the road repair & drainage works at La Borie  St. George.  

We also comment on the increasing state of lawlessness, especially as it relates to interactions with our police.
