Joshuah Thurbee is a math methods instructor at the University of Pennsylvania and a Senior Program Officer for Teacher Development at the Knowles Teacher Initiative where he works with beginning high school math and science teachers to improve math and science education in the U.S. His work in education spans more than 20 years where he's worked as a math and science teacher, a math and science methods course instructor, and a coach for early career math and science teachers.
