She currently works as a mathematics coach with a variety of school districts across the US, and teaches graduate courses focusing on mathematics leadership. She is part of the equity team that is working to develop tools to support teachers at the Forum for Equity in Mathematics and co-facilitates an online professional network for math coaches and teacher leaders with her colleague Polly Wagner.
