Pat O’Donnell of YoungWilliams and Brandi Gallebo of Frankin County Child Support Enforcement Services were very excited about talking with Phyllis Nance, the NCSEA 2025 Outstanding Leader Awardee. Phyllis currently serves as the Director of the Alameda County, California Department of Child Support Services. Over her 40+ year career journey, Phyllis has “seen it all” – from the origination of the modern child support program through today’s focus on empowering families to be the best they can be for their children.
