ONI/NIS Special Agent John Dill wanted to travel the world and got his opportunity when he read an advertisement on the Wichita Police Department memo board looking for agents at the Office of Naval Intelligence. He took the job and from Chicago to Vietnam, the Philippines, Okinawa, and many other places he had an outstanding career. Such is the life of and NIS/NCIS Special Agent.
