I have wanted to record this podcast or write a blog on this topic for so long and when there were a few people that started tagging me in different posts from people asking in groups & online communities about wanting tips for travelling and working on the road, I knew I had to do this in a podcast episode. I knew I had to get this information all out of my head, so that it could help or inspire others that are planning to work and travel or that it may inspire people who have it on their bucket list and want to learn how to make it happen.
For me it is such a broad question, asking for tips on travelling and working on the road โ itโs broad because there are so many aspects and layers to this topic. There is the actual working while travelling combination and how to navigate that, how to structure your business and your calendar to support this adventure, the time management piece, there is always a whole lot of mindset pieces that come into play, such as the lead up and actually making it happen, navigating the complexities of living in a small house on wheel with a family of 4 during your trip, parenting and the FAMILY dynamics of working/travelling and managing a family with primary school aged kids.
Of course, there is the fun stuff such as the best places to go, what to see and explore, how long to stay in place, how to long to go for, etc. etc.
