In this week's episode, I interview Registered Holistic Nutritionist Monika Eva. Monika is also an instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and Founder of The Balanced Body Method, her 12 week holistic program specifically designed to help women rebalance their hormones so they can lose weight, skyrocket their energy and regain full control of their mood. Here's how Monika explains her health journey:
"For years, I struggled with losing weight. I tried every fad diet, cleanse, detox and bootcamp you could possibly imagine. And it doesn’t end there. Losing weight wasn’t my only struggle. I also suffered from debilitating migraines, fatigue (adrenal), out of control sugar cravings, terrible digestion, PMS, the worst bloating and anxiety.
It wasn’t until I got a handle of my hormones that my health started to improve. My energy increased, my headaches subsided, my bloating became less frequent, my mood improved and the fat started to melt right off me.
Now, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping women look and feel fabulous from the inside out without dieting, spending hours at the gym and sacrificing their hormonal health."
