☆彡Remarks☆彡

「置かれる」はこの文脈では「受け身の動詞」ではなく「尊敬語」です。

同じ言葉ですが、文脈によって「受け身の動詞」になったり「尊敬語」になったりします。気を付けましょう。

The word 「置かれる」 is not a "passive verb" in this context, but an “respectful word”.
