Crystals are apart of the earth element. While we can hear the sound of rushing rivers, crackling fire, and whispering winds we often don't get the opportunity to listen to earth itself. Crystal bowls are a beautiful way to hear the song of stones and minerals, and in today's episode we get to do just that! While this episode feels otherworldly, it is designed to be grounding and graceful.
