Gifts of Grace
In ministry, our “gifts” are called gifts because a Giver gives them to us. That Giver is God. God has given us gifts based on His grace, not gifts that we have earned, but gifts that we can receive and operate in through reliance upon God’s goodness
Because these gifts are not of us, but rather gifts that have come from the Father:
- We have no basis for promoting ourselves
- We should complement one another without feelings of envy or jealousy
- We should look to God for how He wants His gifts to be used
- We should rely upon God for the power and wisdom to administrate His gifts

Memory Verse:
Galatians 3:28 “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
How Men and Women are to Relate to One Another in Ministry
Read Genesis 1:26-28 When God delegated authority of the earth, do you think He intended for men and women to rule over it together?
Y/N
God places both men and women in leadership positions, so it is important that we look at how God wants us to relate to one.
Read I Timothy 5:1-2. How does God want us to treat one another?
When we view one another as family, we can work together with love and respect, accepting and honoring the ministry/business position and gifts that God has given each of us.
