Dyson also discusses the pressure of being a first-round pick in the 1998 draft, and how the lessons he learned throughout his career helped him become a better leader, coach, and administrator. Dyson recently released his first book, “Qualified, so I am Justified: Redefining Success: From the Playing Field to the Principal’s Office," and is also starting a new charter school in Nashville.
