In this episode, I speak with Tim O'Neill and Jason Ross from Time Under Tension. They are an AI consultancy helping forward-thinking agencies and brands embrace and accelerate the power of generative AI.
Tim’s been working in digital for close to 25 years, growing the very successful Reactive for over 17 of those before it was acquired by Accenture. He’s also a mentor to several other agencies and he was out in front of the possibilities of Generative AI early.
Jason Ross was also part of that Accenture and Reactive journey and more recently was a VP at the prestigious design studio, Frog.
We talk specifically about the potential of Gen AI in marketing - now and in the very near future - which is a sweet spot for the Time Under Tension team.

On this episode, I speak with Devansh from Artificial Intelligence Made Simple - a weekly newsletter breaking down important AI topics + trends including the validity of prompt engineering, ethics and bias in AI and whats involved in training some the larger foundation models.
In this episode, we chat about why prompt engineering may be overhyped but also where you should pay attention and what is worth learning about here. He also gives us a great example of why we need more people to understand how to use Large language models to migiate some of their inherent bias.
We hope you enjoy.
Dr. Stephanie Chaousis is currently the Chief Customer Officer at clinical data technology company, Datarwe. In this role, she uses her passion for creating real-world impact through research translation and commercialisation to support the translation of data-driven innovation into Australian healthcare. She also heads up not-for-profit intelliHQ which delivers Australia's first national AI in Healthcare training program.
Having spent seven years as a researcher in molecular sciences and tech transfer, she understands the complexity of research translation and commercialisation. She uses this experience when mentoring health tech startups in the Gold Coast's LuminaX health tech accelerator. She is also passionate about addressing the diversity gap in AI by encouraging and supporting women to pursue careers in the field.
We had fun in this conversation - as you will see Steph is super smart and is no newbie when it comes to talking about AI capabilities - specifically how important the quality of data is for training and how this is done.
