Kyle Waller is the Food Service Coordinator (Executive Chef) at Plants and Animals in Seattle, Washington. He's spent over twenty years being a chef in some of the fanciest restaurants in the country and is a graduate from culinary school. But I just remember that he was in mean punk band when he was 17!
