25: Allison Muenkel Fired the Hospitals and Chose Homebirth

I am so excited to introduce you to another one of my family members. Today I talk to my middle sister Allison Muenkel who is not only also the Co-Owner of Keystone Crossfit Gym along with her husband Tim Muenkel, who we talked to a few weeks ago, and also a Trainer, and Fitness and health expert, but she is also a mother of two with one on the way and has had both children via the method of Homebirth and is planning on having the third via Homebirth as well and is very passionate about it. She wanted to talk about it and I thought it would be great to talk about on the podcast because I know almost nothing about it! Allison has read the books, she's watched the documentaries, she's listened to the podcasts, but more than that, she's interviewed midwives and doulas, and really dug into the true heart of midwifery and home birth. I found Allison to be extremely knowledgeable about the topic and, of course very passionate about it, because Allison is passionate about just about everything. Give it a listen to find out why she fired the hospitals and chose homebirth #Fired #Hospitals #Chose #Choose #Homebirth #Midwife #Doula #birth #baby Important Links: Allison Muenkel's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/allisonmuenkel/ Keystone Crossfit's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/keystonecrossfit/ Allison's Youtube Page: https://www.youtube.com/@allisonmuenkel2661
