We had a great talk with Peter about working as a Farmer and the impact on Mental Health and how it should be managed. With the wettest Winter in a long time the Farmers have to put in long hours to manage their livestock.  Peter gives advice to everyone on how best to manage their Mental Health in a pressurized life, and gives an good example of what himself and his wife are doing. Peter is a very empathetic and pragmatic person and takes a great interest in his family, his farming and his community.  He has something to say that will benefit everyone.
