This episode we talk to Dr Elena Herrera, who is a psychologist in San Jose, California.  Elena’s is based in Silicon Valley and her practice brings her many Techies, Engineers, and Programmers.  Typically, these people are working in highly stressful and highly paid jobs.  In some cases, these Clients may be on the neurodiverse spectrum.  These pressures and the types of personalities involved, mean that stress issues can manifest as relationship issues at home.  This is a big part of Elena’s work, and she talks through how she recognizes these patterns and how she helps Clients reduce their stress levels and maintain their family relationships.
