
Today, we're going to explore the power of being grateful and how this practice helps us shift our energy and vibrate at a higher level. Driving our attention and consciousness towards the good things in our lives helps us create more positive energy within ourselves. Gratitude helps stay in the present moment and us enjoy our lives fully, while bringing more positive and joyful experiences to our lives.
After this meditation, I want you to write down 10 things that you feel grateful for. Be as specific as you can be. It can be the first sip of coffee in the morning, listening to your favorite song or just watching the sunrise when you wake up. Specificity helps us get more creative with the list, so just take your time and do it at a moment of the day where you can spare some 5-6 minutes for it.
