Blackberry Liqueur is also known as Creme de Mure, and that's a key ingredient in The Bramble. This cocktail is incredibly popular and well known in the UK, but largely unseen on cocktail menus in the US. So I dive into its story and talk about why it's had a hard time crossing the pond.
