Adam Frost is best known for his work on BBC’s Gardeners’ World. He is an award-winning British garden designer, author, and television presenter. A seven-time Chelsea Flower Show gold medalist, Adam is celebrated for his naturalistic, wildlife-friendly designs and approachable style. He began his career working with garden legend Geoff Hamilton before founding his own design business and training academy. Today, he inspires audiences with his practical tips, sustainable gardening ethos, and down-to-earth presenting style. .
