Even in ministry it is important to have leadership that has a vision and purpose for leading
people. Leaders are not just about themselves, they place themselves second to all and put
the people and the mission first. Their visions are on Christ first and staying connected to Christ
and stay connected through the spirit.
Even when involving youth, teens and young adults, leaders are servants, just as Christ was a
servant, he was a shephard.
