2021: A Year In Review and Looking Forward to 2022

Today's episode is a solo one, where I review 2021 and the goals i made last December and see if I achieved them or not and see what goals I can make going into the new year, to better myself. I talk about why it's important to review the year that is ending before creating new goals, how you can review the year based on one simple question. Then i create 10 goals for 2022, that i will review next December to see which ones i achieved!
