This week we talk about what it feels like carrying grief into a new year. This can be one of those sneaky times when grief unexpectedly hits hard.
We both share some of the ways our grief has changed over the years, with the recent 8 year anniversary of John's wife Michelle's passing, and as Carolyn approaches the 7 year anniversary of her husband Tony's death.
We finish up with our "ins and outs" for 2024. The things we want to leave behind and the things we want to start or do more of.
