Tips and strategies for anxiety, panic, stress, and other difficult emotions. The first series of episodes will be specific relaxation and mindfulness exercises. These are important skills for learning to calm and soothe our mind and nervous system. I encourage people to try different types and then you may find a particular type that works best for you. When you practice these skills with some regularity, your body will learn to respond more and more easily. After this first series, I will see where the podcast takes me!
