I've decided to take a couple of months off from the podcast while I prepare for the 2021 Knoxville Film Festival coming up in September but before I do, I wanted to give you an update on my book being published in August and leave you with a great summertime recipe called "Keith's Low Carb Chili Hot Dog Bake."
