My Life in a Biscuit Tin
Good Housekeeping UK
15 episodes
From the midst of modern life, packed as it is with stuff and clutter, comes the flagship podcast from Britain’s biggest intergenerational lifestyle brand, Good Housekeeping. My Life in a Biscuit Tin asks brave and brilliant women (and a few men) to face the one big question: what’s worth keeping? Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley asks guests including Sadie Frost, Sharleen Spiteri, Emma Barnett and Kelly Hoppen to bring along six of their most treasured and personal things to store carefully in a metaphorical biscuit tin for safekeeping at the back of the top shelf of the GH Kitchen pantry. Each treasure is a story - a precious memory, a funny anecdote or a cautionary tale worth sharing and worth keeping. My Life in a Biscuit Tin from Good Housekeeping is available in the GH app, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts.

Melissa Hemsley: “She wasn’t the mum I wanted, but she’s an amazing grandma”
In a world packed with stuff and clutter, what’s worth keeping? Chef and food writer Melissa Hemsley shares her six personal picks with Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley.    Melissa began her career as a private chef, before becoming a food writer and penning columns for The Telegraph and Vogue. Melissa’s ethos is all about unprocessed food which is good for our bodies as well as the planet, and she works with a number of fairtrade and sustainable food organisations. Melissa has six cookbooks under her belt and a Substack newsletter, Things That Make My Heart Sing By Melissa Hemsley with tens of thousands of subscribers. Over tea and her favourite biscuits, Melissa shares the “comfort ingredient” she puts in everything, reveals the herbal remedy which helped her during a tough post-partum period and explains how her relationship with her mum evolved when Melissa became a parent herself.   You can watch full episodes of My Life in a Biscuit Tin on the Good Housekeeping UK YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/c/goodhousekeepinguk   Visit the Good Housekeeping UK website for homes inspo, recipes, tried and tested reviews and more. https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/uk/   Share your thoughts with us at good.housekeeping@hearst.co.uk   To learn more about Good Housekeeping VIP head to ghmembers.co.uk   Learn more about your ad choices.
