My Life in a Biscuit Tin
Good Housekeeping UK
15 episodes
From the midst of modern life, packed as it is with stuff and clutter, comes the flagship podcast from Britain’s biggest intergenerational lifestyle brand, Good Housekeeping. My Life in a Biscuit Tin asks brave and brilliant women (and a few men) to face the one big question: what’s worth keeping? Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley asks guests including Sadie Frost, Sharleen Spiteri, Emma Barnett and Kelly Hoppen to bring along six of their most treasured and personal things to store carefully in a metaphorical biscuit tin for safekeeping at the back of the top shelf of the GH Kitchen pantry. Each treasure is a story - a precious memory, a funny anecdote or a cautionary tale worth sharing and worth keeping. My Life in a Biscuit Tin from Good Housekeeping is available in the GH app, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts.

Lynne Franks: Princess Diana was shy, giggly and always wanted a bit of gossip!
In a world packed with stuff and clutter, what’s worth keeping? PR legend, activist and champion of women’s rights Lynne Franks shares her six personal picks with Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley One of the founders of London Fashion Week in the 1980s, Lynne is also said to be the inspiration for Jennifer Saunders’ Absolutely Fabulous PR queen Edwina Monsoon. Alongside her stellar PR career, Lynne developed leadership programs to support women in all areas of life, from boardrooms to women’s prisons, as well as founding and collaborating on numerous charity movements including Fashion Aid with Bob Geldof. She has also published books including The SEED Handbook, a guide for women in business, and launched What Women Want, a festival exploring women’s lives in the UK and beyond. Over tea and her favourite biscuits, Lynne recalls her ‘Ab Fab’ days in fashion PR, shares the keepsake which helps her reflect on her inner self, and reveals what Princess Diana was really like behind the scenes.
