From the midst of modern life, packed as it is with stuff and clutter, comes the flagship podcast from Britain’s biggest intergenerational lifestyle brand, Good Housekeeping. My Life in a Biscuit Tin asks brave and brilliant women (and a few men) to face the one big question: what’s worth keeping?
Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley asks guests including Sadie Frost, Sharleen Spiteri, Emma Barnett and Kelly Hoppen to bring along six of their most treasured and personal things to store carefully in a metaphorical biscuit tin for safekeeping at the back of the top shelf of the GH Kitchen pantry.
Each treasure is a story - a precious memory, a funny anecdote or a cautionary tale worth sharing and worth keeping.
My Life in a Biscuit Tin from Good Housekeeping is available in the GH app, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts.

From Dracula to Director: Sadie Frost's guide to reinventing yourself
In a world packed with stuff and clutter, what’s worth keeping? Actor, filmmaker and yoga teacher Sadie Frost shares her six personal picks with Good Housekeeping’s Liz Moseley. Sadie began her sparkling career early, modelling as a teenager before moving into acting. Her big break came when she starred in Francis Ford Coppola’s Dracula and, later, in the 1994 futuristic flick Shopping, with her now former husband Jude Law. Sadie was an icon of the 1990s, transitioning into fashion designing as well as roles behind the camera. Her latest documentary Twiggy, about the legendary 1960s model, is receiving rave reviews and, when she’s not making films, Sadie teaches yoga. Over tea and her favourite biscuits, Sadie reveals the photo which reminds of her when she was at the ‘peak of her womanhood’ and the sentimental letters from her children she’ll never part with. She shares her musings on career reinvention, how she learned to manage her panic attacks and the joy she sees in the everyday chaos of motherhood.
