
Today is not about trying to re-create the aesthetically pleasing morning routines that we see online - I will not be telling you what time you should set your alarm or what you should be doing with your time - that’s down to you. In this episode, I am sharing with you how I typically start my day - I say typically because let's face it, no two days are the same!!!
I want you to know that you truly get to start your day your way, on your own terms. Whether it be to wake up 10 minutes before anyone else does so that you can have a cup of coffee in peace before it gets cold - that’s perfect. If you want to start your day going for a run to get energised - you do that! This is about dictating how your day starts which has a massive ripple effect on the rest of your day.
