In our second episode, we speak with Melvin Roy, Melvin is a passionate advocate for foster youth, a dynamic speaker, and the founder of Foster U;  a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people in foster care to pursue higher education. 

Having experienced the foster care system himself, Melvin knows firsthand the challenges it presents. His work is driven by a deep belief in the potential of every young person and a commitment to helping them write their own success stories. In this conversation, Melvin hopes to inspire foster youth to break barriers, embrace their strengths, and aim for a brighter future.
