The French Open tennis is currently taking place at Roland Garros and I was lucky enough to speak to one of the competitors on site. British quad wheelchair tennis player Andy Lapthorne has won two grand slam singles titles, multiple doubles trophies and a trio of Paralympic medals. In this podcast, Andy speaks about the mistakes he made during his early career, his maiden grand slam title and his rivalry with Australian Dylan Alcott. Plus, we hear about his love for West Ham United, his Paralympic celebrations in Rio and how he struggled with his mental health in 2020.
