To Work or Not To Work (Redefining Roles: Why Women Should Work Beyond Kids)

In today’s society, it has become increasingly common for both men and women to contribute financially to sustain their families. Despite this progress, there remains a percentage of women who are compelled by their husbands or partners to stay at home, or it can be their personal choice, as well.

In this episode, Senator Pia Cayetano shared three compelling reasons why women should continue to work even after marriage. Work does not have to be the conventional 9-to-5 job because there are countless opportunities for women to use their intellect and skills, even from home.

Listen to the very end and hear out alternative career paths available,  where women are still able to contribute to the household, breaking free from societal norms that restrict their potential.
