In this episode, I will share our journey through the challenges of coping with two hurricanes in two weeks and loosing part of our home. Life's twists and turns can take you by surprise. I also open up about my personal grief journey - how I have come through to a place where I am learning it is okay to feel joy again. 2025 is going to be a year of self-care, self-discover, and finding my smile once more.
