🆕 Beneficial Owner Form | deadline extended 3 months after the end of the Alert Status

All Romanian companies must file the Beneficial Owner Form to the Trade Registry. The penalty for non-compliance is from RON 5 000 to RON 10 000. The Government Emergency Ordinance 191 of 30.10.2020 has just extended the deadline to 3 months after the end of the Alert Status.
