Hey, You Good? Lets Talk.
In this week's episode, we tackle what some of the difficult aspects and difficult conversations in friendships look like. Is it hard for you to say no? Do you trust your friends enough to keep your secrets after you're no longer friends? We're joined by Philip McHarris (@PhilipVMcHarris) as we talk hard conversations, trust and disclosure, advocating for your friends and how we can show up in the form of presence and listening when things get hard. Be sure to follow us! Instagram: @mbfpod, @corylscott @theycallmepassion, Philip (@PhilipVMcHarris) @mybrilliantfriendpassion, @mybrilliantfriendcory. This week's vocabulary words: Dexterity (Noun): mental skill or quickness. Pejorative (Adjective): expressing contempt or disapproval. (Noun) a word or grammatical form expressing a negative connotation, a low opinion, or a lack of respect toward someone or something. It is also used to express criticism, hostility, or disregard. Buttrest: (Verb): increase the strength of or justification for; reinforce.
