hello beautiful souls! today's episode i share the vulnerable and beautiful story of my last relationship.

this podcast is fully dedicated to the raw, the real and vulnerable. and while my work is centred around pleasure - the truth is we only know pleasure because we’ve known pain; in love there is SO much pleasure, but whether love leaves or stays there is also pain.

what i love when listening to podcasts is hearing the story, the heart, the WHY as to how someone has arrived to their wisdom. and if you’ve been around long enough you know i love telling stories, and really that’s how this whole journey of me sitting behind this mic and doing embodiment education started.

so today i’m here to share the story about me falling into some type of love on the beautiful island of Oahu. how i followed him across the world to explore his South African root and what i learned along the way.
