Dedicated to help those that are considering an ostomy, already had an ostomy or need to support someone that has gone through the process. We'll follow the journey of Lindsey and Hernando in the after effects of surgery, as they plan for new milestones. We'll have casual conversations where we share our experiences, our fears, and how we have overcome them.
