Sleep Hypnosis: Health, Happiness, Abundance, and Self-Belief.
This nighttime session combines self-hypnosis during sleep, a body scan, and subconscious work to quiet the mind, relax the body, and open up to positive programming while you sleep
This session will help you:
Why sleep hypnosis is effective:
Theta waves: in the transition between wakefulness and sleep, theta brain waves increase—the prefrontal cortex’s “critical filter” quiets down while imagination and inner imagery grow stronger. This boosts suggestibility and makes it easier to absorb affirmations.
Memory consolidation (TMR): during sleep, the brain organizes memory traces. Gentle auditory cues (suggestions, affirmations) can act as “prompts” that support consolidating desired associations.
Reduced cognitive filtering: in a drowsy, relaxed state the inner critic subsides, making it easier to accept positive messages without overanalyzing.
Anchoring physiological responses: pairing suggestions with breathing and relaxation creates associations; over time, the verbal cue alone more quickly evokes a calm state.
Listen daily, because repetition reinforces new patterns of thinking and feeling—each play strengthens supportive beliefs. This helps the subconscious more often “choose” what you care about.
