Episode 37: The magical "Jungle Surgeon" Part 1 + SOS Colombia.

Join us this week for part 1 of a very special conversation with Carlos López the Global Programs Director of Magicians Without Borders, and our founder Tom Verner to talk about how magic in unsuspected places can become a memory of a lifetime and also be the perfect companion for other great social feats, like what we are going to hear from our guest: Dr Larry Muller the "Jungle Surgeon". Dr Muller While maintaining a successful full-time surgical practice in the States, from 1992 – 2015, he spent up to a month annually on the northern Thai-Burmese border caring for indigent Burmese refugees by performing hundreds of major operations in remote settings, we are eager to hear all his stories. Plus we want to give visibility to what's happening in Colombia an the continued protests all around the country.
