✨ Muslim Girl Tea ✨
Hosted by Ramsha Suhail — therapist-trained educator, author of Submission: The Theory of Everything, and your big sister in faith.
This is where high-achieving Muslim women pause with their chai, exhale, and remember: faith is your greatest superpower. Each episode blends Qur’an, mental health science, and real stories to help you regulate, surrender, and thrive with tawakkul.
We believe barakah is not earned by exhaustion — it’s received by alignment. Together we spill the tea on what it really takes to glow with sakīnah, navigate burnout, and rise with resilience.

Because thriving isn’t about chasing harder — it’s about returning to Allah, making space for His whispers, and discovering the radiant woman you were created to be.

You’ll learn how prayer activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowers cortisol, and brings rest to the heart — just as the Qur’an and Sunnah have always promised.
From sujūd increasing blood flow to the brain, to dhikr soothing the amygdala, you will learn how science beautifully confirms what faith has always taught.

That moment changed everything: it led me to go back to school for my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and realize how much silence we carry as Muslim girls.
In this episode of Muslim Girl Tea, I unpack how trauma shapes the way we communicate in friendships and relationships — and why breaking the cycle starts with breaking the taboo.
Together we’ll sip on:
This episode is a reminder that healing is not taboo, it’s prophetic. Therapy is one of the means Allah has placed for us.
