Tracy Anderson is an entrepreneur, creative visionary/advocate, philanthropist, public speaker, TV & Radio Host and a brand influencer. Her experience spans over 30 years in the entertainment industry. She is considered to be a pioneer and music industry veteran in the Hip Hop and Pop culture, and has been awarded Gold, Platinum and Diamond RIAA plaques for her contributions to music.

Tracy began her career in music as a teenager, working for one of the biggest selling rap artists in the world, MC Hammer. While doing marketing for his record company (a joint venture with Capitol Records).

With so many more accomplishments following that she ended up being promoted to Creative Manager at Quincy Jones Music Publishing (Warner/Chappell), managing the song catalogues of writers such as Quincy Jones, Rod Temperton, Michael Jackson, Portrait (Capitol Records), Rory Bennett, Tina Harris, Siedah Garrett, JoJo & K-Ci (MCA/Uptown/Universal), Faith Evans (Bad Boy) Heavy D (Uptown/MCA), Mario Winans (Bad Boy/Arista). She also assisted with sample pitches/clearances for Notorious BIG (Bad Boy), Will Smith (Fresh Prince of Bel Air), LL Cool J (In The House), Tupac Shakur (Interscope) and many other major writers, producers, labels, musicians and music publishing companies worldwide.

She managed Quincy's extensive, Grammy award-winning music catalogue, assisted contractually with the clearing of samples, signed new writers, procured co-writing opportunities and contributed in the licensing of music such as Quincy's Soul Bossa Nova!
