They are not your typical folk trio, but the music they make transcends genre and makes for a sonic exploration of style and the quest for womanhood. Self proclaimed as a guitar-playing hippie cowgirl, a violin-playing vintage nerd and a bass-playing queer punk bookworm, they make music with a range of subject matter, including feminist anthems, sickeningly sweet love songs and dramatic looks inside the mind of someone with mental health issues. With their EP titled “Sugar and Honey” due in Spring 2021, these three ladies with powerhouse voices, different skill sets on their respective instruments, and quick witted lyricism plan on continuing to write and gig around Nashville and beyond as they prepare for a big year ahead.
