For this next episode, we sit down and chat with bristol based techno DJ / Producer The Yard Woman. Resident DJ for Dolce Vita and La Collectif as well as recently having her track 'Jupiter' featured on Jaguar's Radio 1 BBC Introducing Dance Show. 

Involved in many aspects of the Bristol music scene, Elena also works to put on events in her area and beyond. Alongside this, she is currently also a massive part of the creation of the Lady of The House book, a book about women in electronic dance music which I highly recommend you go check out. The book is due to be released in Autumn this year and features interviews with some amazing women. 

In this episode, I chatted to Elena about her discovery of electronic music during her childhood / teenage years over in Greece, alongside her discovery of techno and music-making process, the resurgence of live music, as well as her part in the making of the Lady of The House Book.
