You cannot live in a relationship without being hurt at some point. Families no matter how healthy will be an environment that will create hurt in your life. As parents it is important to ask ourselves…have we healed from our own childhood wounds? Each of us needs healing of past hurts in order to be healthy. If you have not healed from these wounds they will most likely impact the way you parent your own children.
