Is Qatar trying to save it's loss of credibility within Somali public?
Qatar sent a delegate of officials to Mogadishu in order to try and "mediate political dispute in Somalia." However, many in the public see this as Qatar's way of trying to save face after it was accused of meddling within Somali politics and corrupting million of dollars to politicians.
