Do athletes have a right to practice their given sport and play games during COVID-19? by Jared G.

In my podcast, I will talk about student-athletes not having the chance to practice and play with their teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Should the coaches and players listen to government officials and stay safe by not practicing during times of mandated no practice periods? Or, should they risk contracting the virus by practicing with their teams and playing against other opponents with agreed upon safety procedures in place in order to be safe?
