Friends of Mozambique is looking for new volunteers to help out in various capacities. See below for details on how you can get more involved with Friends of Mozambique.

  1. The Grants Committee is looking for new Volunteers!

The FOM Grants Committee is looking for new volunteers to join our team and assist with the review and evaluation of Grant Applications. This impactful role will allow you to have direct input on the types of projects our organization funds with the donations that we collect. If you are interested in volunteering or have any questions, please contact Iassito Kamuendo at ikamuendo@gmail.com.

2. The Fund-Raising Committee is looking for new Volunteers!

Our recently organized Fund-Raising Committee is seeking volunteers to help us increase our annual budget and expand our impact in Mozambique. This committee will work together to explore existing methods, as well as new ways to raise funds. Join us and share your ideas for how we can grow! If you are interested in volunteering or have any questions, please contact Marianne Richardson at mrichardson516@gmail.com.

3. We need a Social Media Guru

FOM is looking for a volunteer (or two!) who would be willing to manage our organization’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This individual would primarily be responsible for monitoring our accounts, periodically posting content, and sustaining engagement with our followers. We welcome eager individuals who bring energy and innovative ideas for improving and expanding our online presence. If you are interested in volunteering or have any questions, please contact Shane Meckler at shanemeckler@gmail.com.

Thanks!
