He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018 specifically to impact the cannabis industry while illustrating the opportunity he believes cannabis represents for the Dept. of Defense, the Veterans Administration, and the rest of the world. Todd has been a globally effective cannabis activist pursuing liberty for all and advocating for medical cannabis access for veterans across the country. He is a co-founder of the Hemp For Victory Foundation (www.hemp4victory.info) and serves in board advisory positions at the Kansas Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and the Missouri Cannabis Trade Association (www.mocanntrade.org). Todd serves as the Chairman of Blue Diamond Ventures (OTC: BLDV), the parent company of Harvest 360 (www.harvest360.co), a full-service cannabis consulting firm specializing in helping clients become licensed operators and ICS Consulting (https://www.icsconsultingservice.com/), a cannabis compliance, education and training firm.
